What is the process for receiving tickets once they are purchased?

A.

a.Upon purchase of tickets online, the purchaser will receive a confirmation email or receipt for the purchase. Please present this confirmation email to the will call booth beginning at 7 PM Friday evening and 11 AM Saturday & Sunday. If you have purchase wine/beer tickets, you will be required to show proof of age, 21 or over. No exceptions.

Is Wine and/or Beer available before 12 PM?

Wine & Beer is available at the Celebrity Chef Battle Friday evening, Sept 19, beginning at 7 PM. On Saturday, Sept 20, at Wine & Beer will be available between 11 AM & 5 PM. On Sunday, Sept 21, Wine & Beer is served between 12 PM and 5PM.

Where are the bathrooms?

Saturday: There will be public portable restrooms available that are located at Harbor Island Park – they will be listed on the festival map the day of the festival.
a.Sunday: There are restrooms available at a number of retail stores in Scarsdale Village- they will be listed on the festival map the day of the festival. There will be portable restrooms located in Chase Park, as well.

Saturday: First Aid and an ambulance will be in the parking lot at Harbor Island

Under 21 are allowed in the tent but will not be served alcohol unless proof of 21 has been shownd to take alternate means of transportation if possible, train, bus, bike, etc..

Valet parking is available for Friday evening ONLY. For Saturday & Sunday, various parking lots are available in the towns and street parking is also available. Please refer to the “parking & shuttle” button/link on our web site. It is advised to take alternate means of transportation if possible, train, bus, bike, etc..

No, food sample tickets and wine/beer tasting wristbands are sold for each day separately. They are not transferable, and can not be used on any day other than the day they were purchased for.
